Can you scream a day at the races? It was a fine Hamptons jam of folks laying down greenbacks for charity. The projector was playing old horse races from the early days of film and our celebrities, socialites and other guest lost in good spirity for charity.

Audrey Tautou was looking brilliant and screaming for her philly to win in her most lovely French accent. Standing by her side and equally excited was Romain Duris, it makes you wonder, hint, hint and more hint.

Calling the races was Timothy Bottoms an all time winner jockey. It was lovely of him to donate his time for such a wonderful event. Hey now did I see Antonio Banderas? Hmm, where was his other half I wonder.

Dropping bets like it is going out of style were Nicky Haslam, Daphne Guiness, Tinsley Mortimer, Constantine Maroulis, Carol McFadden widow of George McFadden, Mary McFadden, Countess Luann de Lesseps, Daphne Guiness, David Blond, Lisa Melas, Rachelle Hruska and the list goes on and on and even further.

The tents were howling with laughter, cheers of winning, greetings of long time missed hello’s. The big winner of tonight was certainly the charity event. One must admit when the socialites of New York get together there is no question how far they will go to make life better for others.

Eventually the stars fell into the sky and the moon hovered over. The music changed to a soft delight and couple danced arm and arm. Once again thank you all.
